There is something that an edge-to-edge black background does to an email that just makes me want to tell my friends about it. This email from InVision is no exception. The text overlay is set perfectly below the image background. There’s isn’t too much text and there’s a clear CTA. If I was going to make an improvement on this, I would have liked to see the background be a cinemagraph of the waves crashing.
